Fine Art Photographer Robert Browne was born and raised in Vancouver. He has been creating 2D images through various mediums since 1974. Robert Started photography in 1980 as a way to gather reference material for Photo realistic Painting and Illustration. In 1992 Robert lost his entire portfolio in a move and abandoned painting. When Digital photography became accessible he once again picked up the camera and has been shooting consistently since 2001. In his spare time Robert Collects and Restores Vintage wrist watches. He is active in the collector community and a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors MB.

Robert Lives in downtown Vancouver where he has resided for the last ten years. Working locally he covers Landscapes, Flora, Wildlife and is now expanding into Street Photography.

Note: Eco Graffiti and "Aim Straight, Shoot to Kill were both action oriented guerrilla art on the Streets of Vancouver started By Robert in the late 1970's.

 

Eco Graffiti: The practice of painting realistic Flora on man made structures using Stencils and airbrush. Done late at night in 2 to 4 cm sections to mimic natural growth.
